As incredible as that journey is, it is common to get lost and out of touch with each other from the routine of it all. Thankfully there is this little thing called a second honeymoon to rekindle the flame!

A second honeymoon is a romantic vacation taken by a couple who have been married for some time. It doesn’t matter how far or near you go, it matters that you block out a chunk of time for just each other to step outside of your daily routines.

I can agree wholeheartedly with this! Hopefully someday we can take one, but it might be when the kids are older. In the meantime, I guess we’ll have to focus on smaller ways to connect. How wonderful though that you get to go to Fiji! I hope you both have a great time!
