12 Weeks to a Flawless Fanny – Week 10
Today we are on the beach at Point Dume in Malibu. It is a bit foggy, but warm so we are going to get our workout on!!

If you have been with us from the start, please make sure you check with a doctor as to if these exercises are safe for you. Not every exercise works for every person!
Also don’t forget to stretch both before and after the workout!
Drink plenty of water at any time to stay nice and hydrated before, during and after the workout.
There will be some balancing this week so you may want to do these next to a chair or wall for support. Also feel free to use your laundry detergent or something canned to act as a weight for the workout.
Ready? Here we go!!
Straight leg dive – place a weight on the floor in front of you, you may want to do this next to the wall or a chair for balance, as you bend down lift one leg out behind you. Lift the weight, then lower it and lower your leg back to upright standing position. Do this 15x on each side.
Curtsy lunge superseted with kick out – bring one leg behind you and curtsy, then kick that leg out to the side and repeat 15x on each side.
Squats on one tippie toe – place feet shoulder width apart. Lift one foot onto your tippie toes and do 15 squats. Lower that foot, raise the other and do 15 more!
Feeling good now? Drink some water and get right into that next set. Remember we need to do four sets of this every other day to really start seeing some results!
Food Challenge – To eat smaller meals 6x a day. I always try for this so this week I am going to be really conscious of portion size and how often I eat.
Motivation – It is often overlooked that every pro once was a beginner, every expert once was a student with a dream. So dream big and start right now – the sky is the limit!
