12 Weeks to a Flawless Fanny – Week 7
There are so many amazing sites in Malibu. Today we have stopped at a lookout in Malibu Canyon to #workout.

Also don’t forget to stretch both before and after!
Drink plenty of water at any time to stay nice and hydrated.
This week the Butt Babe is stepping it up a bit with supersets. At first I was really scared! Supersets are doubling up two moves for one count. However, I will say that they made the workout seem faster and easier, if you can believe that!
We will do 15 reps of each superset for both legs and then repeat the whole circuit 3 more times for a total of 4 cycles. Let’s get started with the workout!
Front lunge with side lunge superset – Step one leg forward, lunge, return. Step same leg to side keeping other leg straight, lunge, return. Repeat this whole movement 15 times with same leg then switch legs and do 15 on the other side to compete this superset.
Back lunge with princess lunge superset – Step one leg back, lunge, and return. Curtsey lunge with same leg and repeat this whole movement 15x with each leg to complete this superset.
Drink some water and do 3 more cycles! Don’t forget to stretch when you are done with your workout!
Food Challenge – This week I am going to experiment with some fermented foods like sauerkraut. I am going to try to make my own sauerkraut using this recipe. Fermented foods have a lot of benefit for our bodies. Adding it to some lean protein is a power pack of body boosting fuel!
