These destinations look amazing. I definitely agree that Puerto Vallarta is a must-see–I stayed at RIU last May, and it surpassed my expectations of what an all-inclusive resort could be. There was plenty to do there–we rarely left the resort–and the all-you-can-eat buffets were incredible!
