12 Weeks to a Flawless Fanny – Week 3

We lucked out and had a gorgeous day in Malibu today! We are able to shoot our workout out here on the cliffs in #Malibu!

The ocean waves make a great background as we find out what the Week 3 Exercises are. If you missed weeks 1 and 2 that’s ok. Head over and start there!

Again, please make sure you check with a doctor as to if this workout is safe for you. Not every exercise works for every person! Also don’t forget to stretch both before and after!

Drink plenty of water at any time to stay nice and hydrated.

Remember we are to do 15 reps of each exercise, one after the other. We will then repeat the circuit for a total of 4 cycles and a complete butt workout.

Here we go!

Pulsing Squats – Lower yourself into a nice deep squat position. Then pulse up and down for 15 really squeezing tight.

One leg glue bridge – Lie down on your back. Lift one leg into the air, foot flexed. Breathe, then lift your hips, squeeze and lower. Repeat 15x. Switch leg in air, do again 15 more times.

Crab walk with band – The band does add nice resistance, but you can do it without too. Lower into a nice squat. Then take 2 steps left going foot to foot, then 2 steps right, foot to foot. Repeat this 15 more times.

Pulsing Lunges – Start with one leg forward and lower as deep as you can without letting your back knee hit the floor. Then pulse up and down for 15. Really feel the burn in the front leg? When you have completed 15, switch and put the other leg in the front and do 15 more!

Remember to breathe and drink plenty of water. I am going to do this every other day this week and I know you will join me for a workout!

Food Challenge this week – I am trying to eat more. Yes, really!! I am trying to eat more often in smaller proportions so let’s work on that this week. What are your great tips to help with eating more regularly?

  1. Great tips! Although I nearly spat my tea out onto my laptop when I first read the title- fanny over here means lady parts! I would sure like some flawless lady parts for Xmas 🙂 #brillblogposts

  2. I just had to click on this blog post after I saw the title! Over here in the UK the word fanny has a different meaning so I was rather intrigued as to how it would be achieved! #brilliantblogposts
