12 Weeks to a Flawless Fanny – Week 5

Join us on the beach in Malibu today for an awesome workout. Let the gorgeous weather and location motivate you to get that fanny flawless! Even if you are traveling this holiday season, these exercises are easy and are meant to be done anywhere you are!

If this is your first time with us, start here with the first workout!

If you have been with us from the start, please continue to check with a doctor as to if these exercises are safe for you. Not every exercise works for every person! Also don’t forget to stretch both before and after!

Drink plenty of fresh water at any time to stay nice and hydrated.

Remember we are to do 15 reps of each exercise, one after the other. We will then repeat the circuit for a total of 4 cycles. Here we go!

Wall squats – Put your back firmly against a wall (pole or something stable), lower into a deep squat and hold for 30 seconds. Feel that burn and remember to breathe!

Leg lifts in plank position – get into plank position. Start with one side and raise that leg straight up the back 15 times. Switch and do the other leg.

Step – ups – Find a high step, two on the stairs or a taller bucket. Start with stepping up on the same side for 15x and raising your knee as high as you can. Switch to other side and do 15 more.

One – leg squat – Using that same step, turn around and put one leg out behind you resting the pointed foot on the step. You may need to hold onto something for balance (I did), use the wall or another chair for this. Then squat 15 times. Switch legs and repeat.

Drink some fresh water and do 3 more cycles! Don’t forget to stretch when you are done!

Food Challenge – Given this is the day before Christmas, I am going to make the food challenge easy! Focus on drinking more fresh water. Try to drink at least 5 oz. in between every other drink you will have at the festivities over this coming week and weekend.
