My 100th Post – Why Have I Done This?
Starting Malibu Mama Loves has been the fifth greatest challenge of my life.
It has helped me realize my strength. It has helped me see the strength in others.
It is to them that I dedicate this post, my 100th post, which so many thought I could not reach.
For the girl who randomly dropped into my life on a very bad day of mine and said “I checked out your site last night and it looks amazing. Here is a little congrats gift for you” and proceeded to hand me a book that reminded me to stay on my path, no matter what. Actually, my friend, you amaze me.
For the girl who asked me why Malibu Mama Loves was different, listened, then smiled, nodded and said “how can I help?” Just a short few weeks later and she has become a very important part of this company. Inspiring me and pushing me to do better. I appreciate everything you do, I am in awe of you.
For the cuz who listened, smiled, understood and offered to orchestrate the music for my campaigns. She is an invaluable soul cuz forever. I can’t imagine my world without you and am so blessed you are part of it.
For the Butt Babe, who not only shared my vision, but has been instrumental in carrying it out. I can’t wait to launch the 12 Weeks to a Flawless Fanny campaign this Wednesday, I know it will be amazing. I am so glad you have moved to our little corner of the world, you rock!
For my parents, who were hesitant at first, but have become incredibly supportive. Your love and faith in me has carried me on many occasions. I would not be where I am without you.
For my husband, who has sat in 6 hours of traffic just to help me bring a childhood dream to life, and stayed up all night helping me create. Words cannot express how fortunate I feel. I am so glad to be on this journey with you and could not do any of this without you.
I am so thankful for these people. These past few months have brought challenges forth that I would not have conquered without the help of each of you. This being the week of Thanksgiving and my 100th post (a small feat for me), I wish to honor you all.
As a small business owner, as a friend, as a mother, as a wife, as a daughter – you each are unique and invaluable to me.
Thank you.
Here’s to 100 more posts on our healthy, happy journey!
