What is in the Arbonne 28 Day Clean Eating Challenge Box?
So I have to be a little honest here in that with everything my family has been experiencing over the last year behind the scenes, we have gotten a little slack in our eating habits…
It happens. It’s ok. But it is time to change! And thankfully there are great programs out there like Arbonne’s 28 Day Clean Eating Challenge to help!
So today is the day for me! I am making the commitment to follow the Arbonne Detox program and eat clean for the next 28 days.
Why Arbonne 28 Day Clean Eating Challenge?
As a domestic violence survivor, I have had many hurdles to transition over and figure out in the past year. Honestly, it has been overwhelming. And I won’t lie, we have not been eating as healthy as we were or as I would like to be. So when I met Laura, who is an amazing Arbonne Rep, and she shared with me just how easy doing this detox is and that there is a full support group in place to go through it with you, I knew it was time and it was for me! Laura has already provided me with a so many cheat sheets for ordering out and grocery shopping as well as is coaching me through this entire process.

It cleans out our guts, gets the healthy bacteria’s going and feeds us super power foods to heal and get us back on track.

The Arbonne 28 Day Clean Eating Challenge Game Plan
So what do we do with all this stuff? Easy – we are going to do a full body reboot if you will! Out with the toxic garbage, in with the golden nutrients and vitamins we desperately need!
Each morning will be started with a Digestion Plus packet in 4oz of water. Followed later by a shake for breakfast with a scoop of the Greens Balance in it, a shake for lunch with a ¼ of a scoop of the Daily Fiber Boost and then a healthy dinner choice from the weekly meal plan our coaches put each Friday in the Facebook Group. And some of them look super yummy, I can’t wait to try them, and I feel confident my kids will like them too!!
There are energy fizz sticks for energy giving drinks in between and plenty of snacks we can have as needed. Though I fully expect the shakes to fill me up.
As the sludge and toxins get purged from my body, good, wholesome nutrients and vital vitamins will be replacing them, rebooting my body to optimal performance while supporting my mind make better choices. My goal is not to lose weight per say, but to get healthier, firmer, smarter, clearer.
