This Sunday in Malibu

Sunday’s are very peaceful in Malibu. This week it was a bit chilly with gorgeous sunshine.

We decided to go for a walk on the beach between Zuma and Point Dume.

With the kids in their bathing suits and I in my sweater, we headed down for a little Malibu adventure.

The ocean did not disappoint – does it ever?! We saw some beautiful sand pipers and pelicans, a couple of seals and even a few dolphins. There was some pretty good surf happening that even the pelicans were enjoying!

Next we decided to go check out The Malibu Country Mart, get some smoothies there and hit the playpark for a bit. The Malibu Country Mart is home to some of my favorite shops and some pretty good restaurants too. It is fun!

Afterwards we headed for home as Hubby had promised us his famous clam chowder for dinner and it was time to get it cooking!
