My Arbonne 28 Day Clean Eating Challenge Week 3 Results
This was the emotional week. The one where it all comes out. The week where everything seemed so much more than it was as my body detoxed. As all of that nasty buildup came out, so too did the emotions that had been building up in me. It all came out in the third week of my Arbonne 28 Day Clean Eating Challenge with Laura.
I cried. I laughed. Sometimes at the same time…!! And with each day, I felt stronger and stronger. I could feel myself letting go of the bad habits and embracing how good clean eating felt, again.

By now you know the routine – wake up, have detox packet in water, then detox tea, a shake for breakfast, one for lunch and a healthy dinner from their recipe box in the private facebook group you belong too. What you don’t know is that this is the third week and time to do the 7-day body cleanse!! I was provided with 7 packets, one for each day of the third week in the Arbonne 28 Day Clean Eating Challenge.
The instructions where to fill a container with 32 oz of water and add one packet. Mix and drink throughout the day. When I tried it the first time, I was nervous because it is a lot to drink and I wasn’t sure how it was going to taste!! But so far clean eating was feeling great.
How is The Arbonne Body Cleanse Week?
The Body Cleanse packets make a yellow colored, gingery smelling drink that, when refrigerated, tastes pretty good!! It is not my favorite drink, but honestly, it was good. A little strong on the ginger side for me, but easily drinkable. I kept it by my side for most of the day, giving the drink ‘cool down’ breaks in the fridge!
I truly did not mind the taste of this drink, it was actually yummy, like a spicy lemonade. A little spicy gingery, but I can not even handle mild salsa and I was able to drink this no problem, with some water.

You want to be sure to drink lots of water too while you are doing this. Yes, you will be running to the bathroom like crazy this week (I did), however, remember it is so so good for you. Thanks to clean eating, your body is flushing out all sorts of stuck in there toxins that have been taking up space and bringing you down!
I drank a ton of water, with the body cleanse drink, had one breakfast/lunch shake and was still making dinner for the kids and I from the recipe list. And where I was a little emotional, I could feel myself almost getting lighter.
And not in a ‘I’m loosing weight’ kind of a way, but like, emotionally lighter. I journaled a lot this week. I let myself feel. I felt myself letting go.
I toned up a LOT this week. I did not loose any inches persay, but I went down another 3 lbs and this is the week I really noticed my body being firmer. It felt so good to be clean eating, my mind and my body were aligning.
By this point, I’m totally sold on the Arbonne 28 Day Clean Eating Challenge. It is a great way to get on track or back on track with clean eating and conscious living.
