Arbonne 28 Day Clean Eating Challenge Week 1 Results

So, you have seen what is in my Arbonne 28 Day Clean Eating Challenge Box, right?

But you haven’t yet heard how incredible this stuff is and how it got me right back on track to eating consciously and feeling great, have you?!!

Right now, I want to talk about how, the first week, I began feeling awake again.

And this is how.

My Arbonne 28 Day Clean Eating Challenge Week 1 Results

The plan was to begin each day with the Digestion Packet in 4oz. of water. Then a shake for breakfast, another for lunch and a healthy dinner according to the meal plan provided on the private facebook group. There are plenty of snacks that I could have during the day, but I had fallen off the healthy path and had become a nighttime snacker so I knew the days wouldn’t be too hard… The nights, I was worried about!!

My goals for the Arbonne 28 Day Clean Eating Challenge were to get my vitamins and minerals back up as all of them were depleted and to become more conscious again of my eating habits.

What actually happened On My Arbonne 28 Day Clean Eating Challenge

I loved starting my day with the digestion packet followed by a cup of the Arbonne Detox Tea (which I am now obsessed with). I would wake up, empty the packet into water, drink it while my tea brewed, enjoyed my tea and get the kids off to school!

Upon return home, I would make a shake from the list of recipes provided and I know you will love them just as much as I do. My favorite being the chocolate blueberry shake and the vanilla lemon one a close second! And one shake in the morning kept me full all day that first week. So I would skip the lunch shake and instead have a Fizz stick drink.

I want to talk for a minute about the Fizz sticks. There is a lot of buzz about them and I just want to say that I think these are largely responsible for me getting my vitamins and minerals all back on track. I normally just drink water or tea. And the occasional diet coke… but mostly just water or tea. I began incorporating Fizz Sticks in my water around lunch time and it gave me such a boost and tasted good. Not overpowering, just really good!! These are something that I will continue to use, forever!! They are power packs of vitamins that you honestly feel so good after drinking.

I was able to pick and choose from several different delicious recipes for dinner that I made for the kids as well. Everyone was happy with the food, many recipes were voted into our family recipe book to make again!

How Did I Feel After The Arbonne 28 Day Clean Eating Challenge Week 1?

Actually, Great!! I had way more energy, even in that first week. I was thinking clearer again. I was even calmer.

And my night time snacking was disappearing! I won’t lie, I had a few snacks at night, but not nearly what I had used to. I found that I was full at night and that bad habit was going away!!

The crazy thing is, I lost a full inch and a half off of my waste! Just in that first week. I didn’t even really think I needed to, but it felt good to be tightening up again and getting healthy!
