12 Weeks to a Flawless Fanny – Week 6

It is the day before 2015 and we are lucky enough to work out on the beach in Malibu today!

If you are joining us for the first time, start here!

If you have been with us from the start, please make sure you check with a doctor as to if these exercises are safe for you. Not every exercise works for every person! Also don’t forget to stretch both before and after!

Drink plenty of water at any time to stay nice and hydrated.

Remember we are to do 15 reps of each exercise, one after the other. We will then repeat the circuit for a total of 4 cycles. Here we go!

Princess Lunges – Step to side, curtsey squat, step to other side, curtsey squat. Continue for 15 reps.

Leg Lift with Band – Use an elastic band around your knees. Get down to form a table top and lift one leg at a time with a bent knee straight up for 15 reps. Switch legs and repeat.

Fire Hydrants with Band – Keep band in place and remain in same position. Lift leg out to side 15 x then switch legs and do 15 more.

Plank leg lift to side – Get in plank position. Lift one leg at a time up to the side 15x. Switch legs and do 15 more.

Drink some water and do 3 more cycles! Don’t forget to stretch when you are done!

Food Challenge – Happy New Year! Let’s try to have 3 helpings of raw vegetables a day this week.
